As a second-generation builder with over 20 years of extensive hands-on experience, David, along with his brothers Steven and Michael, are deeply involved in every stage of construction, ensuring that even the unseen details meet the highest standards of quality.

Katherine, David's business and life partner, is involved in many aspects of the company’s operations. Katherine in addition to being the Company’s Chief Administrator managing the office is also part of our Real Estate team who are readily available to address any inquiries. The story of Vander Wielen homes begins with David’s father and founder, Tony Vander Wielen, who in 1987 laid the foundation for a family-run legacy rooted in hands-on excellence. At an early age, David and his brothers worked alongside their father Tony, learning industry skills and gaining knowledge to help evolve Vander Wielen homes into the future. This deeply personal, craftsmanship-driven approach quickly earned respect across London and the surrounding area, establishing a legacy defined by integrity, quality, and genuine care.
